Mikki provides one-on-one personal training both In-Studio and In-Home. The one-on-one programs offer state of the art training, nutritional advice and health information specifically tailored to meet the individual needs of men and women of all ages from beginner to advanced levels.

The In-Studio sessions take place at Platinum Fitness (see photo), a private and well-equipped personal training studio, located at 113 Middle Road in Montecito, California. Each session lasts one hour and the fee is $75 per session. There's also a $50 monthly facility fee for use of the Platinum Fitness studio or $7 per day, if you train less than twice a week.

Mikki will also travel to your home, if you are located in the greater Santa Barbara area, for In-Home training. She charges $100 per session for this service.

The initial screening provides an in-depth assessment to determine the specific needs for your fitness program. This includes a review of your exercise history, a discussion of any medical conditions and/or medications. It is also the time to set mutually realistic and achievable goals!
