Here's How The Program Works:
First you will be asked to fill out a detailed health questionnaire which includes general information about your height and weight as well as specific information about your medical history, injury history, metabolism, stress levels, and any medications that you may be taking.
You will also indicate the type of equipment you have access to (if any) and your specific goals. I will use this information to design a personalized fitness program that promotes your goals in a systematic way, using the equipment that you have available. For each of the exercises I select for you, I will provide you with a link to one of the 75 videos available exclusively to subscribers, in which I personally demonstrate proper form.
Next, you will be asked to perform a fitness evaluation which consists of an upper and lower body exercise. I will use this data to determine the exercise selection and the starting weights for the exercises. Feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions about the exercises.
Once I have received the information, I will send out your program within 24 hours.
During the course of the following six weeks you will implement the program, increasing the weight in the exercises as you progress. I will be in regular contact with you via e-mail to answer questions, to urge you along, and to modify the program as necessary. At the end of the six week program cycle, I will review your training log and re-evaluate your fitness for the next six week interval.
If you decide not to continue, you will no longer have access to videos, online logs and the messaging systems. But all visitors have access to all other areas of the site and are always welcome to peruse the site, read articles, and find new products.
