Pec: Measure a diagonal skinfold taken halfway between the nipple and the upper portion of the pec
Abdominals: Measure a vertical skinfold taken 1″ to the right of the belly button
Thigh: Measure a vertical skinfold on the front of the thigh taken 1/2 the distance between the kneecap and the hip
